Sunday Crèche 0 - 4’s

Creche runs every Sunday morning for babies and children ages 0-4 years. We have a variety of toys and soft play equipment for the young children who are also invited to play and get involved with planned activities by our crèche leaders.

Kidz Klub 5 - 11’s

Kidz Church is for  all of our primary school aged children (5-11) from 10.30-11.45am in ‘The Power Station’

Our committed and passionate children’s leaders plan and work together creating activities and games that teach the children about Jesus. With weekly worship and fun, the children are allowed to express themselves and are encouraged to embrace their gifts and talents and be shining lights in the church, homes and school environments.

Light House Youth - POD ‘Place of Disipleship’ 11-13s

Our weekly POD meet on a Sunday morning for 45 minutes whilst the main service preach is on. We believe our younger youth should be able to transition  well from KidsKlub to Main Church and Primary to Secondary school as easily as possible. POD is a time for Bible Study, Friendship and Games that will help them to understand and mature in their faith and relationship with God.

Home Groups

Our weekly Home Groups meet at various locations throughout the town, usually in the evening on several different days of the week.

Each Home Group becomes a smaller, more intimate family within are larger church family. They provide a time of creating friends, praying and studying the Bible together. Each person is valued and appreciated bringing conversation and discussion to make each group unique.

(To join a group please get in contact or speak to someone on a Sunday morning)

Matthew 18:20: “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”

CAP Debt Centre& Job Club

By partnering with CAP we have a fantastic tool to change lives. CAP is an award winning service that was founded by John Kirkby in 1996. CAP’s debt counselling services are known for bringing life and hope to the  heart of clients homes as we work with them on a more personal level, with face-to-face interaction and support until they are debt free.

As well as supporting people through personal debt plans we are also running regular Job Clubs to help those who are struggling with unemployment. The club builds confidence and self-esteem, whilst also helping with CV’s, interview  skills and much more.

Helping Hands

Helping Hands is the overseas missions arm of New Life Community Church. We are motivated by God's love for us, and the belief that every life is precious. We want to be part of the solution, and not just sit back and see the problem as too big.

We are aiming to work specifically with children orphaned by HIV, AIDS, cholera , poverty, and economic and political instability. We want to reach out to children who have fallen prey to human trafficking, child prostitution, child slavery and natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis.

We invite individuals, groups and organisations to commit themselves to work with us to make a difference overseas.

. . . about us

Bonni and Trish lead ‘Helping Hands’ and are originally from Zimbabwe,. They have been members of New Life Community Church since moving to Boston in 2002. They have a passion for children, and have been involved in the church Kidz' Klub and the Youth Group.

Their passion to reach out to their own country was fuelled by a programme shown early in 2010 on "Zimbabwe's Forgotten Children," which subsequently gave birth to this project.

They have two beautiful children, Takudzwanashe Chrystabel and Tadiwahanashe Caleb.

Bonni and Trish are a cheerful and outgoing couple who share a love for sport and music.. Bonni is an all-round sportsman, while Trish cheers from the sidelines. Bonni is an accountant by profession, and Trish works in Health and Social Care.
